Sub-Committee Reporting:
The Economic Viability Committee will meet as needed and report to the full Board of Directors on a regular and on-going basis.
Sub-Committee Mandate:
The Economic Viability Committee is responsible for growing the finances of the organization through fund raising campaigns and personal contacts. The goal of the committee is to ensure NATOA can exist as an independent, self-sustaining organization, operated by the membership and responsible to the members.
Sub-Committee Activities:
The NATOA Economic Viability Committee will undertake fund raising through the corporate sector of Canada to raise the funding necessary to operate an independent organization. Committee members will be requested to work with existing contacts and funding sources to assist the committee in generating sufficient funding to operate. The end goal is to establish and maintain, a national office that will coordinate all activities and report to the Board of Directors.
